Whether you work in a regulated sector that requires these accreditations or not, IT Ambulance commitment to The ISO 9001 (Quality) and 27001 (Data Security) mean that you know our service delivery is aligned to best practice and is delivered consistently across all of our offices and all of our team. It means that your concerns have a meaningful route to be heard and considered and that as a business we build your feedback into a continuous process of improvement, meaning we never rest on our laurels. This is essential in a sector where new threats are continuously emerging.
Above all it proves, emphatically, that you can rest easy knowing that the company managing your IT is competent to manage your systems, which sadly is not true in a sector with its share of cowboys.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised standard for a Quality Management System (QMS) standard; It is proudly displayed on adverts, products and stationary for any organisation that meets its demands.
By attaining and retaining this external accreditation of our QMS year on year, IT Ambulance demonstrates its commitment to consistently provide services that meet customer needs and provide demonstrable compliance with regulatory requirements via documented practices and routinely auditing our performance so as to underpin continuous improvement of the quality of our services to our valued customers.
How you benefit from our ISO 9001 Accreditation:
Your organisations data holds all of your know how, IP, Customer and financial information, much of it now protected by the Privacy Act 2018 with horrendous legal consequences for its loss or misuse. Data is the new gold and ISO 27001 is the gold standard framework for an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS). It sets out the policies and procedures needed to protect your data and includes comprehensive risk controls (legal, physical and technical) necessary for robust protection of its Availability, Integrity and Confidentiality.
IT Ambulance recognise that there can be no compromise in Information Security and it is this that lead us to attain and subsequently commit to retain an externally verified, international standard for our information security procedures to provide transparency and reassurance that we place your data security at the centre of our duty of care to you.
How you benefit from our ISO 27001 Accreditation:
Cyber Essentials is the minimum level of security accreditation that we expect our managed service customers to achieve independently. Whilst our ISO27001 certification holds us to a higher level of attainment in how we manage our customers systems and deal with your data, Cyber Essentials is the standard you should look to achieve within your business whilst underpinned by our processes and services.
Cyber Essentials is a UK Government endorsed scheme underpinned by processes directed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). It is an established component of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance which covers any Personally Identifiable Information of prospective customers , customers or staff. Accordingly, if you wish to compete for Public Sector work or avoid fines from the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) then Cyber Essentials is a necessary benchmark.
Having built our service on giving your organisation the ability to win this accreditation we are of course well versed in helping you pass the external audit and achieve the accreditation. This is why we say IT Ambulance is a “Centre of Excellence” for Cyber Essentials.
If you’re your IT partner does not document their quality and security processes to this extent or hold themselves open to this level of external scrutiny, you might ask them why? You might also consider for a moment the risk they place you at by not knowing or maintaining processes that protect your data asset.
IT Ambulance happily throws down the gauntlet to its competitors to prove that they can better our Consultancy and Provision of IT Solutions, Support and Maintenance for the general good of the industry and the wellbeing of all organisations in the UK and operating overseas.
