Microsoft Partner Press Release

IT Ambulance, one of the largest IT Support and deployment companies in the south of England today announced its acceptance into the Microsoft Partner programme having been assessed to excel in Microsofts demands within the fields of Network Infrastructure Solutions and Information Worker Solutions .

Microsoft say

“Partners enrolled in the Network Infrastructure Solutions Competency have proven competency in crafting infrastructure solutions for small to medium-size businesses that include Windows Server Solutions based on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 Server operating system, or Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 and Windows Small Business Server 2003. These implementations may include crafting solutions that connect Windows-based servers, PC locations and the Internet; installing a server farm; or building a Windows Small Business Server stand-alone solution that includes file/print capabilities.

Partners accredited with the Information Worker Solutions Competency are better equipped to help you to address key customer challenges by helping you develop solutions and deploy services based on the 2007 Microsoft Office system and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.”

Frank Connelly, IT Ambulances founder and Managing Director said

“We admit we were a little slow in recognising the Microsoft Partner Program as a useful tool for our business. Most companies get involved because they feel it adds credibility and we have never felt that need but IT Ambulance is a knowledge based business. Microsofts training program has long been an integral part of how we qualify our Technical People and is even a useful tool in assessing the commitment of new staff looking for positions with us.

IT Ambulance staff already enjoy what is probably one of the industries most open and encouraging programs of continuous learning both through Microsoft and other hardware and software vendor schemes.

IT Ambulance is working towards “Investors in People” status and closer alignment with the Microsoft program for the development technical skills gives us an excellent framework to work within.

This recognition of IT Ambulance as a Microsoft Certified Partner is a formality for us, prior to attaining Gold Partner Status in a week or two when Microsoft have completed obtaining and scoring all our customer references. We have always worked tirelessly to exceed our customers’ expectations and have a philosophy that a customer isn’t happy until they want to tell everybody how good you are. We have long believed we have one of the largest and most reference-able client bases in the country and now Microsoft and TNS will help us to independently review this and rate ourselves against our peers

Microsoft Gold Partner Status acknowledges the crème de la crème of Microsoft’s certified base.

We would like to thank all of the IT Ambulance customers for their help in achieving this.”
