IT Ambulance sets the standard for Data Security.

Any organisation who works under the constraints of ISO based systems will recognise the amount of effort that goes into establishing and then continuing the process development that goes into maintaining the standard.

As a part of this you will conduct periodic audits to make sure that all areas of your processes and procedures are being strictly adhered to by your organisation and this takes your team a considerable amount of time and rigour. Then, annually, the external auditors from the accreditation company come out and wield the big stick provided by UCAS who underwrite the standard. They spend days going through your documentation and previous audits to leave no stone unturned in making sure you are doing what you say you are. No matter how diligent you are this is a stressful time!

Well at IT Ambulance due to a strange turn of events we had out ISO 27001 surveillance visit this week and are due our ISO 9001 visit next week. ISO 27001 is the international gold standard for data security quality. So it is with some pride that I am pleased to say that we have passed our ISO27001 audit with flying colours and eagerly await the ISO9001 audit next week. Congratulations to our incredible team for carrying the standard forward for another 12 months.
