In early 2020 IT Ambulance moved 1000’s of staff to work from home. For most of our customers this was a relatively painless transition.

However, now working from home or hybrid working is becoming the norm we know that organisations across the UK are being challenged by staff on home working and in some cases haemorrhaging experienced staff if they cannot support their demands to work more flexibly.
