IT Ambulance built our company IT systems from the ground up to support our UK and international team with reliable, secure systems. They have guided us through technological changes and supported us with policy and procedural change to maintain the various compliances required in our sector. When our company relocated to Wiltshire we were worried about replacing the IT support company we had been with for over 10 years. We were surprised to find a company with the size of reference sites that IT Ambulance have in the area. Besides the excellent service we receive, the depth of skills meant they resolved a number of issues with our system we were unaware of and now 5 years on they have completely redesigned our systems to support our remote working.

We had been with IT Ambulance for over 10 years and got used to the excellent service but after a routine review we were tempted away by an offer that was too good to refuse (or in retrospect, perhaps believe) We were only a month in when additional bills poured in and every piece of on-site support produced another invoice. We waited days for simple issues to be fixed. We ended up spending thousands to buy out our contract and were grateful to return to IT Ambulance, who frankly now we would never leave.

We trust IT Ambulance. We are a software company so not short of technical skills but we recognise that we are better off leaving our infrastructure to a specialist we can focus on what we do best. Over the years we have recommended IT Ambulance to a number of our end user customers and they often comment how satisfied they are too, which reflects well on us.

We appreciate the service IT Ambulance gives us and we have a great relationship with their team. We don't have a lot technical staff, so we are demanding but we don't like to waste money. They understand the strict regulations we work within our sector and ensure that they are always on top of our issues. Our group of companies changes frequently and IT Ambulance have built us systems that adapt. Its very convenient that they have offices in London and the home counties, together with near us here in Wiltshire and can cover our whole business.

We were recently acquired by a large, international group and subsequently we have bought 4 more UK Businesses to the end of 2021. Their was no consistency in these company's' systems and some of them had lacked investment for years. The privacy and security issues their data posed really made me lose sleep.
