Our locations typically cover a maximum 25 mile radius which allows us to remain a local company at the individual office level. Our policy of supplying named Technicians to our contract customers allows us to develop a close working relationship. Quality policy

IT Ambulance Limited strives to provide high quality solutions for the management of Business IT Systems. IT Ambulance Limited recognises the importance to its future of adopting a strategy which bases the development of its business on the pursuit of quality throughout the organisation. It is the intent of the Company that it’s  Quality Management System will, at a minimum, satisfy the requirements of it’s customers, the EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems standard and all legal and regulatory requirements.

The management has a continuing commitment to:

  • Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled, with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating throughout the organisation, the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Establishing the quality policy and its objectives.
  • Ensuring that the Management Reviews set and review the quality objectives and report on the Internal Audit results, as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Ensuring the availability of resources.

Defining the policy

The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the company’s written Quality Manual.

  • All personnel understand the requirements of the quality policy and abide by the requirements outlined in the Quality Manual.
  • IT Ambulance Ltd. complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • IT Ambulance constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
  • This policy is regularly reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability for purpose.
  • Copies of the quality policy are made available to all members of staff.
  • As a means of communicating the effectiveness of the QMS, copies of Management Reviews or extracts are provided to individual members of staff in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
  • This Policy is upheld by the Directors and Management of IT Ambulance and is shared with and is supported by our staff.
