I have a faulty product. Who should I contact?

Contact IT Ambulance first. We will work out where you stand with your warranty and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

How many years have you been in business?

IT Ambulance was launched in January 2005. We have been a profitable company since our launch.

We grew rapidly from utilising private funding through the South West Angel and Investors Network.

In 2013 Founder and Managing Director Frank Connelly bought back the shares from our financiers and is continuing to grow the business.

The company has literally hundreds of businesses  supported under contract with thousands of end users.

 

 

What are your Opening Hours?

IT Ambulance office Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

IT Ambulance has a full out of hours capability which we would be delighted to discuss with you.

To access out of hours support from IT Ambulance you need to be a contract customer with an out of hours support contract.

 

 

What products do you offer?

IT Ambulance offers a range of IT Support services, encompassing your whole office infrastructure, from network to PC’s, Laptops, servers switches and hubs to printers and copiers. We provide routine maintenance  backed  with a Same Hour, on Site emergency call out facility. Our support contracts are designed to fit all budgets starting from just £150 per office, per year .

We supply IT Support on both a Proactive and Fully Managed basis, backed by a customer service team and remote help-desk that exist solely to make sure that your IT issues are resolved quickly and effectively with the minimum of fuss.

IT Ambulance is an ISP and we offer broadband services, email, domain names and Web hosting.

We offer remote back up services for the security of your data on our own Datavault facility, hosted on our servers by our people.

We offer specialist disaster recovery planning, engineering and emergency support.

We offer support and development for Sage Accounts and Payroll, both onsite and remote.

We supply general IT consultancy.

We provide systems design and procurement services, with installation and support.

We design and develop in house software solutions for small to medium businesses.

We resell software of all kinds, utilising our enormous buying power to get the keenest deals for our customers .

 

What solutions do you offer?

We have an in house software development team with an enormous fund of general business experience.

We pride ourselves on being able to create and apply web based and data driven solutions across a wide spectrum of business needs.

We have access to software houses globally, for the supply of off the shelf and tailored solutions to common business issues. IT solutions encompassing ERP, MRP, CRM and many other TLA’s (Three Letter Acronyms!) as appropriate.
